General
Our typical contracts provide service for an apartment complex over a five year period. This contract includes:
1) An annual inspection report for each building
2) Emergency visits in the case of severe weather or other unforeseen events (before and after data for claims)
3) The storage of all inspection data for the duration of the contract, and
4) The maintenance of the complex key over the course of the contract.
Our access to a nationwide pilot network (all pilots are licensed, carry liability insurance, and operate enterprise drones with the necessary features for our inspection), allows us to provide service across the continental United States. If you are interested in international service, there is no reason this cannot be done, it may just require more work to find a compliant local pilot.

The complex key is a spreadsheet that includes the link to each building report, a link to all raw pictures from each buildings' inspection, and a summary of patterns of interest and anomalies. The summary contains image numbers within the report for easy reference and searching. As each annual report occurs it is added to the key along with trends from one report to to the next.
Our current focus is on inspecting standard shingle roof apartment buildings. That being said we are also able to serve tile roof buildings, flat roof high rise buildings or commercial buildings, as well as HOAs.
While we are able to provide individual home owners with recurring roof reports if they are interested, Drones4CPM is designed to serve large property holders.
